Sarah + Neil — Summer Wedding at The Crown Pavilion

For this beautiful wedding day, we traveled to New Bremen, OH for Neil and Sarah’s wedding at St. Augustine and reception at The Crown Pavilion. From the moment Jess and I walked in the front door of the Niekamp home we were greeted with hugs and smiles. Their kind greetings and excited energy was so uplifting — it was such a wonderful way to begin our day!

All of the ladies were already ready to go (this was 10:30am!) they just needed to get into their dresses. Sarah’s bridesmaids wore beautiful ivory dresses that I loved! I really hope the ivory bridesmaid dress trend is here to stay, forever! Sarah looked absolutely gorgeous in her Blush by Hayley Paige wedding dress. This dress fit Sarah’s personality to a tee!

Everyone who knows Sarah knows that she’s a genuine, fun-spirited, hilarious, and loving person. She also LOVES to talk!

She also REALLY loves her cats. I realized that she was 100 percent serious when she told me she was really considering bringing their cats to their engagement session. Sarah, we can still make this happen.

Sarah and Neil first met in the 5th grade and they remained friends throughout middle school. During their junior year in high school, Neil texted Sarah for the first time in years. They rekindled their friendship and officially started dating after their first date to Taco Bell.

Since that date back in 2009, they’ve spent less than 50 days apart. Neil is extremely laid back, a listener, and also has a huge heart. I loved witnessing Neil and Sarah over pour with so much happiness on this special day!

The weather for the outdoor ceremony at The Crown Pavilion couldn’t have been better, especially for the live band! It felt like a perfect fall day! Sarah and Neil, we loved every minute of our time with you! Thank you for making us feel like part of your family for the day! I’m so excited for you to see all the photos, but for now, here are just a few of my many favorites!
