I was so excited to meet Kaila and Chris at our engagement session this week. It was the perfect Columbus Spring Engagement! They drove from Cedarville, OH where they are both currently in school at Cedarville University. Kaila is studying for her masters degree in Pharmacy and Chris is about to graduate from studying Youth Ministries next month!

They both have incredibly bright futures and talked all about the mission trips they’ve been on (all over the world!) One of the trips they went on inspired them so much they’ve decided to have a Spanish themed wedding at Cedar Springs Pavillon. Kaila described the wedding in bright vivid colors and the possibility of even having a mariachi band! I get too excited just thinking about it!!

Our engagement session was perfect timing. Spring flowers just started popping up this week and I’ve been dying to photograph with some color, greenery and new blooms on trees! It was so easy photographing these Kaila and Chris, they were both so comfortable in front of the camera. The best news is that I don’t have to wait that much longer till their August wedding day (and this August I won’t be unbearably 9 months pregnant!!). Cheers to that and this beautiful, kind hearted couple!
