What a difference a month makes this time of year! I photographed Vanessa and Alex’s Toledo Botanical Gardens engagement the second week of October and it was still in the high 70’s.

But with the cold, brings the holidays, and soon after, this couples February wedding!

For their engagement session I drove up to Toledo and fell in love with shooting at the Toledo Botanical Gardens. It had all of my favorite features for dreamy landscape shots, including some weeping willow trees! We finished our shoot at the Toledo Museum of Art which was just as beautiful. I had so much fun getting to know these two, I can’t wait for the wedding day in a few months!
