During the winter months, I always get antsy for my next wedding. But I have to admit, I’ve been antsy to photograph Ginny and Adam’s big day for months! Photographing these two together comes easy and that’s because of the love and comfort they share when together. It’s always a special feeling as a photographer when a couple instantly opens up in front of you. I can see the genuine, goofy, kind and authentic Ginny and Adam that I’ve grown to adore in all of their photos.
We began the day at the downtown Sheraton where all got ready for the day. Ginny and Adam chose to share a sweet first-look in front of the State house. This is one of my all-time favorite portraits spots, and these two looked so incredibly beautiful there. Can we take a moment to swoon over Ginny’s dress, too?
The ceremony was held right across from the Statehouse at Trinity Episcopal — it was a beautiful! The couple greeted guests with tight hugs and big grins before heading onto the party bus. We made a couple pit-stops but I definitely enjoyed hopping out in to traffic in the short north, because on your wedding day, why not?!
I’m so excited for you, Ginny and Adam! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for you next on your journey as husband and wife!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome! We’re so honored to have captured your wedding day! I’m so excited for you to see all the photos, but for now, here are just a few of my many favorites!
