I frequently get asked what my favorite wedding venues are in Columbus, Ohio. Good news! There’s a lot! A wide range of styles to find your perfect fit! I’ve created a list of some of my favorites below.

If there are any vendors that you’ve been following prior, now is also the time to reach out to check availability before locking in your date. As a photographer, I book anywhere from 9-18 months in advance.

I’ve put together a list (in no particular order) of my favorite wedding venues in Columbus vicinity. There are A LOT of amazing venues in Columbus, so it was quite difficult to narrow down this list. If you’d like to add a suggestion, chime in down in the comments below!

The Ohio Statehouse

Classic, elegant and timeless, what’s not to love about the Ohio Statehouse? The rotunda is such a unique ceremony space, and the atrium can be transformed into your dream reception!

North 4th Corridor

Looking out towards the Columbus skyline — a rooftop ceremony and reception? Yes, please! Treat yourselves and guests to skyline views at North 4th Corridor’s, The Revery.

The Westin Great Southern Columbus

If you’re looking for a light and airy, romantic ballroom in Columbus for your wedding — look no further. I have three weddings at The Westin this year, and I could not be more excited!

Franklin Park Conservatory

This space is one of-a-kind to Columbus. The Franklin Park Conservatory’s sprawling, lush gardens and striking architecture lends nature-inspired beauty both inside and out.

Location: Just outside of downtown Columbus

Columbus Museum of Art

Also located downtown, I love all of what the inside and outside has to offer at the Columbus Museum of Art. Pair this venue with a few fine-art floral installations, and the space will take care of the rest! I’m looking forward to photographing a beautiful ceremony here in October of 2021!

Kingwood Center Gardens

OK, this one is a bit outside of Columbus, but it is the closest estate and garden venue around so it should not be overlooked! There are options for both indoor and outdoor weddings, including tented and outdoor garden weddings.

Location: Mansfield, OH

Jorgensen Farms

Everyone loves Jorgensen, both the historic barn (with that classic yellow/orange door) and Oak Grove (a stunning historical greenhouse)! These two venues are beautifully maintained and operated for weddings just northeast of Columbus.

Magnolia Hill Farm

This place is a photographers DREAM! I can promise you that because it’s owned by a well seasoned husband + wife photography team, Henry Photography who dreamt it up! Strongwater Events

Strongwater Events is another industrial space that I love. Exposed brick and all of the character. Its outdoor courtyard brings such a fun aesthetic to your ceremony.

High Line Car House

I love the light that pours into High Line Car House ceremonies! This venue is owned and serviced by Two Caterers with a great location near German Village and downtown.

The Rural Society

An escape from the city to a one gorgeous property. The Rural Society if one of a kind and brings so much charm and character. From the glass green house to the sprawling meadows, I adore this venue.

The Fives Columbus

The Fives Columbus has been on my *watch list*. It’s a brand-new venue owned and serviced by Two Caterers that’s recently opened. I can’t wait to photograph here in October of 2021!

The Athletic Club of Columbus
